1 cup coconut water (try freezing it in an ice tray!)
1 cup in-season berries (blue, black & raspberries are highest in antioxidants)
1 handful of spinach or arugula (optional)
¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ to 1 banana (can also be frozen)
1 T chia seeds
1 T omega oil or avocado (optional)
1 scoop Pea Protein (optional, adds depth & flavor)
1 scoop Designs for Health Whole Body Collagen
1 scoop Designs for Health EssentiaGreens (a blend of greens with chlorella & spirulina)
Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender. You might like to add ice if none of your ingredients are frozen. Blend til smooth, garnish to your heart’s content & enjoy.
